Agreement and operator
These terms apply when you use adayatatime.com and its features. The service is operated by NDVR LTD, company number 16421997, registered in England and Wales at 133 Bedford Street, Crewe, United Kingdom, CW2 6JG.
By creating an account or using an interactive feature, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use those features.
Accounts and age
You must be at least 16 to create an account or use personal Time Capsule features. Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or investigate misuse.
Your answers and Time Capsules
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give NDVR LTD the limited permission needed to host, store, secure, process, back up and display that content as required to provide the feature you chose.
Daily Question responses may be analysed and presented as anonymous themes, totals or percentages. Time Capsule content is intended to remain private to the account and authorised recipient experience, subject to necessary service processing and legal obligations.
Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, infringing or malicious content, or personal information about another person without an appropriate basis to do so. Do not place emergency, irreplaceable or highly sensitive records in a Time Capsule.
ADAT editorial content
ADAT’s writing, design and original materials are protected by intellectual-property law. You may read and share links for personal use, but may not reproduce substantial portions, scrape the service, remove attribution or republish ADAT material commercially without permission.
Historical and editorial content is prepared carefully but may contain errors. Corrections are welcomed at info@adayatatime.com.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, evade limits, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, harvest user information or use automated systems in a way that burdens ADAT or infringes rights.

External links support sourcing and further reading. NDVR LTD does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their availability, privacy practices or content.
Beta service and availability
ADAT is currently in beta. Features may change, pause or occasionally fail. We may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary and will aim to protect stored user content during planned changes.
Responsibility and disclaimers
ADAT provides general reflection, history and entertainment content; it is not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, NDVR LTD is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of a free beta feature.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be highlighted. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and applicable courts will have jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer rights.
