Cookies and similar storage
Cookies are small files placed on a device. ADAT also uses local browser storage for account sessions, saved preferences and feature status. Essential storage supports the service. Optional analytics loads only after consent in our banner. Advertising consent is collected separately by Google's own consent message, which appears to visitors in the UK, the EEA and Switzerland before any personalised advert is shown.
Categories
| Category | Purpose | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Account sessions, security, pseudonymous response control, saved cookie choices and core feature state. | Always active where needed. |
| Analytics | Google Analytics helps us understand visits and feature usage. | Off until accepted. |
| Advertising | Google AdSense may select, deliver and measure adverts. Google's script loads on every page but sets no advertising cookies until you agree in Google's consent message, where you can also change your choice later. | Asked by Google's message. |
ADAT browser-storage items

adat_auth_session_v1 | Keeps a signed-in account session working. |

Changing your choice
Use Cookie Preferences at any time. Rejecting optional technologies will not stop essential account and Time Capsule functions. You can also clear site data through your browser; doing so may sign you out and reset local preferences.
Withdrawing consent stops future optional loading on later page views. Third-party technologies already loaded during the current visit may require a page refresh or browser-data clearing to stop completely.
